Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may proceed with a return once you receive the product (see our Return Policy for more information).

Custom or Personalized Orders

Orders that include customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Dinsim’s Right to Cancel

Dinsim reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
