Return policy

Items are to be returned at the customer’s own expense; the cost of the delivery of the return package to DINSIM and the cost of the delivery of the new exchange product from DINSIM would be incurred by the customer.
Items to be returned for exchange should not have any signs of wear and tear or of having ever been worn outdoors by the customer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back. Please note that in case of any damage during transit due to the negligence of the customer is detected by our team, then such customer will be responsible for indemnifying DINSIM against the damage incurred.
An email will be sent to the customer as soon as the returned products reach DINSIM and the exchange item will be shipped OR an exclusive coupon of with DINSIM credits will be provided.
Product available on discount are not eligible for refunds.
